Introduction of HRE electric heating wire

For a long time, the electric heating alloy used at a high temperature above 1400 ° C in China is basically dependent on foreign imports, but its price is quite expensive, which has brought no small pressure to the production and use of high temperature electric heating furnaces in China. The domestic 0Cr27Al7Mo2 not only the use temperature is not ideal, but also the cold processing performance is poor, in order to solve this problem, as the earliest manufacturer of electric heating products in China, Beijing Shougang Company as early as 1983 successfully developed a high-temperature electric heating alloy HRE with a temperature above 1400℃. It passed the appraisal of Beijing Science and Technology Commission, and won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress.


In recent years, Beijing Shougang Company has accelerated the research of the large-scale production process of this product, and the company’s high-temperature electric heating alloy project has cooperated with scientific research institutes to form a strong R & D team to conduct production process research and serial development. In 2008, a major breakthrough was made, not only the product use temperature reached more than 1400℃, but also the processing performance, high temperature strength and life have been greatly improved, the product quality is more stable, the disc has been greatly increased, so that its products (coarse wire, fine wire, belt) specifications are more comprehensive. Therefore, the product has become a new generation of high temperature resistant products.
