NBD-T series high temperature tubular furnace is composed of automatic feeding system, high temperature heating system, cooling system, vacuum system, automatic control system and four air intake system.

The automatic feeding system consists of stepper motor, lead screw drive system, positioning system, sealing system and temperature measuring device.

The heating system consists of control circuit and furnace. The lining of the furnace uses a lightweight material of vacuum formed high purity alumina with silicon carbon rods as heating elements. The heat-resistant stainless steel tube traverses the middle of the furnace body as the furnace. Both ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The heating element is parallel with the furnace tube, which can effectively ensure the uniformity of the temperature field. It is a special equipment developed for colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to sintering, melting and analyzing metal, non-metal and other compound materials in atmosphere or vacuum. The furnace temperature control panel is intuitive and simple touch screen, so as to observe the working state of the system at any time.
