The equipment is mainly used in sintering, dipping and heat treatment of samples under vacuum, no oxygen or atmosphere.
The system is mainly composed of the main body of the system based on the vacuum glove box, the water-cooled circulator and the vacuum pump.

The vacuum glove box and the well type high temperature furnace are effectively integrated into one, and the XY axis double slide module set inside can realize the horizontal and longitudinal movement of the material through the preset instructions. The sample positioning adopts the stepper motor with feedback to control the action of the slide table, so the positioning is more accurate.

operation procedure

First, vacuum is pumped, gas displacement is carried out through the atmosphere, and then the sample is sent from the transition chamber to the glove box chamber, the sample is fixed on the electric lifting motor, and is sent into the crucible for processing, and the sample is automatically sent to another crucible for dipping or quenching test through the XY axis double slide module.

Cautions 

1. The internal pressure of the gas supply cylinder is high, and when the gas is passed into the glove box, the pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder. It is recommended to choose a small pressure reducing valve for testing, and the measuring range of the pressure reducing valve is 0.01 MPA-0.15 MPa, which will be more accurate and safe in use.

2.310S stainless steel pot long-term use temperature ≦1100℃;

3. When vacuuming, the cover plate of the glove flange should be sealed with the vacuum chamber, and then open the valve on the flange pipe, and then start vacuuming, otherwise the glove will be blown when directly vacuuming;

4. During the heating experiment, always pay attention to the indicator of the pressure gauge. If the absolute pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.15MPa, the exhaust valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents.
