The overall structure of the equipment adopts the manual push and pull of the internal and external pipes, air intake on the left side, air out on the right side, and the incoming and outgoing materials are on the right side.The right flange adopts the quick-opening flange of the spring lock, which is very convenient to operate. The inner tube adopts the inclined corundum tube, and is equipped with corundum pieces for the placement of materials. The furnace lining is made of vacuum formed high purity alumina lightweight material, and the heating element is made of imported high temperature silicon molybdenum rod.

The high purity corundum tube traverses the middle of the furnace body. Both ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges. The heating element is parallel with the furnace tube, which effectively ensures the uniformity of the temperature field. The temperature is measured by the “B” thermocouple with stable performance to improve the accuracy of temperature control. The control panel of the furnace body is equipped with a seven-inch LED touch screen, the operation interface is simple and convenient, so as to observe the working state of the system at any time.
